We view well-being in this workshop as the act of doing something relatively simple that makes you feel good. Knowing the simple actions you can call upon when needed is vital; when we feel at our lowest, we can sometimes forget that simple measures can bring us back into balance. Some examples would be taking a hot bath, reaching out to a good friend, making a warm drink to enjoy quietly, watching a good film, walking barefoot on grass, wearing comfortable clothes, and cooking and eating food that makes you feel good.
