As we approach the end of 2024, I wanted to offer something to this community that will encourage taking time for self-reflection.
It’s tempting to wait until the New Year to create our intentions and goals, and that’s perfectly acceptable. However, trust me when I say self-reflection is the key to unlocking even more significant levels of forward motion.
So, before the year rolls over, let’s spend twelve mornings together in self-reflection.
Each morning (except weekends), we will meet on Zoom at 6.30 am (GMT) for 10 - 15 minutes of journaling. I will provide the topic, open the session, and then share journaling prompts alongside some tunes.
I hope you will begin to build a practice that you can take forward long into the future or that our time together informs your intentions for 2025.
Recordings will be available for anyone who cannot join live, but I’d love to see as many of you as possible. Commit to it with a friend and hold one another gently accountable.

I am the founder of On Balance, a transfromational life coach and mother to three girls.
I came to this work through my life experiences, overcoming depression, panic attacks, anxiety, deep rage, PMDD and having to deal with grief in my early twenties.
