We want to find tools that work to make you feel safe and that can bring you from hypo or hyperarousal state back into your window of tolerance. We also want to learn what moves you from your window of tolerance into these states, your triggers.

Hyperarousal - overreactive, unclear thoughts, emotionally distressed

Hypoarousal - depressed, lethargic, numb unmotivated
