reflection

What does it mean to spend time in reflection? Why is it important?

The answer to these questions will differ among us but in answering we are finding our why, our reason for taking part in this community workshop.

We believe that reflecting on our inner and outer being and the world around us is vital if we wish to evolve and develop. We see reflection as the act of noticing, of becoming aware. It means reserving time to sit and think about what has been, experiences we have had and our reactions. It’s about a willingness to remain curious and the courage to  look at it all, even the things that might bring up negative or uncomfortable feelings.
