“If you go out for several hours into a place that is wild, your mind begins to slow down, down, down. What is happening is that the clay of your body is retrieving its own sense of sisterhood with the great clay of the landscape.”
"After receiving the On Balance August newsletter, the advertised 'October Guided Walk' piqued my interest and so I decided to put myself out of my comfort zone and sign up to Natali’s walk on my own. Upon arrival at the meeting point Natali was warm and welcoming, greeting each of us with a big hug which instantly reassured me that we were going to have a relaxed and enjoyable time. At the start we were given a specific word to prompt discussion around what it meant to us and how it has been/could be incorporated into our lives. As a group we realized we had many common interests and life experiences and chatted very openly. It was wild mushroom season, so as a little surprise Natali took us through a field to forage. We picked Parasol Mushrooms which came back with us to her husband’s restaurant ‘Holm’ which he then prepared as part of a delicious lunch. I am so pleased that I discovered the OnBalance community. I left Somerset feeling uplifted and would definitely join another group walk with Natali again."

"Natali took us on a guided walk through winding hills and lush green woodland. It was fantastic to commune with nature, meet some wonderful new women and take some time to reflect. We foraged mushrooms as big as our heads and then filled our bellies to bursting at Holm, eating the very best local seasonal produce. Would highly recommend!"
