Looking at what has shaped you into who you are today and recognising traits and patterns that you have inherited along the way is all part of the journey to recover your authentic self and unlock your human potential.
Taking your time to do this is illuminating and by undertaking the work yourself, you will find that it holds more weight.
So often we hand our power over to someone else or something else, with hopes that they can fix or heal us.
There is no right or wrong way to complete this workshop. There are no instructions, only suggestions. You do what feels right.
Try to see this sort of work as ongoing, there is no rush.
