This list isn’t rigid, as Natali runs the entire membership. She will curate, edit, and adapt the format as the group grows and evolves, but you can expect something new to land in the On Balance video library every week. This human-led membership will be filled with care and passion for all the members, and everything shared will be graceful offerings of love that promote growth, introspection and wellbeing.

Natali, founder of On Balance, will lead two live workshops per month. The next day, recordings will appear in the library.

Every Monday morning, a pre-recorded 15-minute breathwork class will be available in the library—a perfect way to start the week.

Natali will share a nice long movement practice that reflects the theme of the month. This practice will integrate Kundalini yoga, breath, and somatic movement.

My reasons for beginning On Balance are entirely linked to my life experience, which involved significant transitions and challenges from a young age. The event that brought me to my knees and, therefore, into my transformational journey happened in 2009 when my little brother sadly passed away unexpectedly. Shortly after that, my Dad became very ill, another family member was battling severe addiction problems, and I became pregnant with my first daughter. With so much change, my mental health suffered greatly. I faced daily panic attacks and post-natal psychosis. I experienced deep rage, depression and crippling anxiety. My previous coping mechanisms of partying and drinking were no longer available as a new mother. My personal life was in utter chaos; every day, my moods were unpredictable and frightening.
It has been a long process, but I have rebuilt myself and my life with the help of incredible teachers, books and practices. Today, my life is full of joy, and my mind is light and peaceful (most of the time!).
I am a serial entrepreneur and a cookbook author living in Somerset with my husband, three daughters and a cat.
