PULLING IT TOGETHER

Throughout this workshop, you will have tried a few of the practices, you will have paid attention to your feelings and self-talk, and now, we would like to pull it all together for you.

It is helpful to have a list of practices that you find useful or connect you to the present moment. You could use the table we have provided below.

Now would be a good time to go back to the circles you filled in earlier and see what else you can add.

Finally, I would like you to write your intentions for your daily practice as you move on from this workshop.

Example intention

I want to make space every day to connect with myself.

I accept that this might not look the same every day, but I have a list that I can work from if I am unsure of what I need.

I will practice asking for my needs to be met to take care of the practicalities.

I will forgive myself if I don’t manage to do this every day and gently pull myself back to this intention when needed.

I remember ‘progress over perfection.’
