Looking at what has shaped you into who you are today and recognising traits and patterns that you have inherited along the way is all part of the journey to recovering your authentic self.
Taking your time to do this is incredibly illuminating and by undertaking the work yourself, you will find that it holds more weight.
So often we hand our power over to someone else or something else, with hopes that they can fix or heal us.
STUDY
We take our time to get to know the topic. Rather than taking one approach we research and share findings from psychology, spirituality, philosophy, neuroscience and the wisdom of others to offer a holistic view.
CURIOSITY
Here we start the questioning. Each workshop is rich in questions. Taking your time to reflect and put pen to paper is integral to the work. We also use our unique analysis tool to offer clarity around the topic and the pain points for you so that you can go deeper where needed.
AWARENESS
We spend time analysing our answers for patterns and during this time many people find that wisdom ‘lands’ just sitting with their work. We also start to move towards practical integration through more questioning.
ACTION
In ACTION we share the practices of the program. These are different depending on the workshop but all include a meditation practice and movement.
