GRATITUDE
“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.”
Change how you view your circumstances, and you can change how you feel.
Gratitude is a simple exercise that has a profound effect when practised regularly. You don’t need an elaborate practice or any strict rules about when you practice. Just write some things you are grateful for in your diary or, better still, share them with your friends who can share their lists back. You don’t even need to write anything down, a friend of mine likes to think of three things she is grateful for before her feet hit the floor in the morning. This practice helps when things are going well, and equally, when things are challenging, it can bring circumstances back into perspective.
