A daily practice that is just for you offers so many benefits. This workshop has been created to break down the myths surrounding having a daily practice and to offer a new perspective and diverse range of exercises you can try on the way to finding what works for you.

If you cultivate a daily practice, life can slow down for you, you can learn to let go of over thinking, become grounded in the now. You can begin to pay attention to what is rather than what is not. You can take life on life’s terms rather than tirelessly controlling and manipulating in an attempt to feel some form of security. A daily practice is for everyone, the wellness industry has created some hard to attain ideals of what a daily practice should look like and this workshop is here to change that for you.

This is a 4 week workshop broken into easy to handle modules. You will be supported by emails and the opportunity to reach out if you have any questions. Equally you are free to complete the workshop at your own pace.


On Balance Method

STUDY


Through self-led study you will find your why, understand what it means to practice, unblock yourself from daily practice myths and learn about the benefits cycle.

CURIOSITY


We will begin by unlocking your values the foundation of a daily practice. We will then, through a series of questions help unfold what a daily practice might look like for you.

AWARENESS


By looking at the different categories of daily practice, you will become aware of what you are drawn to. By no means an exhaustive breakdown but a foundation from which to explore.

ACTION


Throughout the workshop we share practices which can be included in your daily practice. We start the workshop with self-reflection and end it with an exercise to pull it all together leaving you filled with inspiration and reason to practice daily.

This 4 week course is broken down in our suggested timetable with accompanying practices. You can chose to follow the schedule or to move at your own pace.

 

DEEP QUESTIONING

There are over 30 questions spanning the different types of daily practice - physical, emotional, wellbeing, practical and spiritual so that you can uncover which practices are for you.
