BOUNDARY
understand your limits
We create boundaries to shield ourselves from unwanted negative feelings and chaos. We can begin to use boundaries once we understand ourselves better.
The term boundary can feel extreme but the way to look at boundaries is that they are a measure put in place to protect one another.
Communicating our boundaries takes practice and you won’t do it perfectly. It is important that you first understand the concept of boundaries, learn best practice for communicating boundaries and then recognise where you might need to implement them.
“…once we know ourselves, we may learn how to care for ourselves, but otherwise we never shall.”
On Balance Method
STUDY
We will look at the concept of boundaries, the different types of boundaries and best practice for communicating. We will also look at the difference between personal boundaries and explicit boundaries.
CURIOSITY
We will begin by helping you to connect with your beliefs and vision of self, the foundation required for healthy boundaries. We will then, through a series of questions help you to unfold what boundaries look like for you.

We will come to awareness through the practices and work we have done and we offer a framework to help you move this new found awareness onto the page to gain greater clarity.
ACTION
Throughout the workshop we share the practices created to deepen your study. We also share how to have difficult conversations and a process for coping with troubling thoughts.
